If you need to change a lesson to a different time or day, or cancel it altogether it’s not a problem at all, but you need to let us know 24 hours in advance so we can rearrange diaries. This is important as you would lose the lesson if you don’t let us know (we hope you understand, there’s only so many hours in the week!).

The lessons are paid in advance and we keep a register which you can check on a shared folder at any time.

Lessons must be used within 12 months of purchase.
