Cancellation Policy

O nce you have paid the deposit or the full amount of the course, we will accept your cancellation if you contact us via e-mail. The amount we will be able to refund will depend on how early you are able to contact us. If you contact us:.

More than 30 days prior to the course start date, we will be able to refund all the money you have paid, except €60 :-)
Between 30 and 15 days prior to the course start date, we will be able to refund all the money you have paid, except the €150 deposit :-|
Unfortunately, if you notify us with less than 15 days of the course start date or have to cancel after the course has started, we will not be able to refund any money :-(
In case of health or family/work emergencies, or for cancellations due to causes out of the control of the school, students can change the date of their course to an alternative one within the next 18 months of the original course date, to be agreed with the school, at no extra charge. If the new agreed date falls in a different calendar year, students must cover any price increases for courses, activities, transfers and/or accommodation.
COVID-19 UPDATE
From 14th March 2020 and until the school is able to reopen when the “State of Alarm” in Spain and travel restrictions in the European Union are lifted, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. Once the school is able to reopen, all students affected by this temporary measure will be able to obtain a refund of their deposits in full (minus €60) without the time limits listed above, for a period of 30 calendar days. We are sure you will understand these are unprecedented circumstances, which are well beyond everyone's control, and that we are trying our best to deal with them in fair and manageable ways, bearing in mind both our students' interests and the survival of the school as a business.
