In case of health or family/work emergencies, or for cancellations due to causes out of the control of the school, students can change the date of their course to an alternative one within the next 18 months of the original course date, to be agreed with the school, at no extra charge. If the new agreed date falls in a different calendar year, students must cover any price increases for courses, activities, transfers and/or accommodation.
From 14th March 2020 and until the school is able to reopen when the “State of Alarm” in Spain and travel restrictions in the European Union are lifted, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
Following the introduction by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Royal Decree 11/2020 approved on 1st April to deal with the covid-19 crisis (article 36.4), all students choosing to cancel their course rather than postponing it will be able to obtain a full refund of their deposit or course fees (minus the €60 administration fee as above) 12 months after their course date has elapsed.
We strongly encourage all our students to postpone their course within the next 18 months as per our Cancellation Policy above.
We are sure you will understand these are unprecedented circumstances, which are well beyond everyone's control, and that we are trying our best to deal with them in fair and manageable ways, bearing in mind both our students' interests and the survival of the school as a business. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
